I received, I think, five emails with links to AmEx materials: one from Yui Chow, two from you, and two from . I was able to access the folder " and download the 15 documents in that folder. I was also able to access a folder from and download a file titled "Epstein Docs_zip.vsf" though I haven't yet been able to open the .vsf file.

Regarding the other three emails, I had issues accessing the links — basically every time I went to the link, it would prompt me to create an account (even though I already have one) but never actually provide access. Any thoughts on how to put all the documents in one place? I had the easiest time with the Yui Chow docs, for whatever that's worth, but not sure why.

I'm reachable all weekend ) if you happen to get this before Monday; if not, can talk then. Sorry for the tech issues, and thanks for your help.

Good morning. Sorry about your difficulty accessing the documents. I tried calling your number but no answer.

I re-sent one email that was again encrypted and I sent one clear but took out the one account number in the body of the e-mail.

Been a while since we were last in touch about a year ago — I hope you're well these days, particularly given all the current circumstances. We wanted to reach out because I'm going to send you a relatively narrow subpoena, relating to one particular Amex account for one customer, for a short period of time. Our systems require us to send it via secure email, so please let me know if you haven't received it and been able to access it this morning.

The subpoena requests a narrower range of information than we normally request, and in particular if it would be at all possible to get just the account statements (a little over six months) this week, that would be very helpful.
