We are trying to identify the attorneys who represented Jeffrey Epstein and visited him in prison. The MCC attorney log is either illegible or the attorneys listed just one name. The names I could read were "Colon" and "G. Tali". Can you please help us identify them? Thank you.

The DOJ OIG agents who have been working on the MCC guard case with us are currently working on their report concerning Epstein. They have the below question about the names of Epstein's attorneys. Could you send the names of all of Epstein's attorneys to us and we will pass them along to the OIG agents?

The defense attorneys who appeared in our case and filed notices of appearances were:

• James Brochin, Steptoe & Johnson

• Marc Allan Fernich, Law Office of Marc Fernich,

• Martin Weinberg, Martin Weinberg PC

• Michael Miller, Steptoe & Johnson

• Michael Scavelli, Steptoe & Johnson

• Reid Weingarten, Steptoe & Johnson

Beyond that, I can't send a list of all of Epstein's attorneys, since he has had dozens of attorneys over the years, but it doesn't sound like that's really what you're looking for. With respect to the names "Colon" and "G. Tali", it was widely reported that Mariel Colon Miro and Gulnora Tali visited Epstein in jail in connection with his will.

Thanks for checking—not an issue, this is public information. More specifically, the list of defense attorneys comes from ECF. The information on the other two names comes from news articles you'll see with a simple google search.
