We're hoping to play a particular video during a meeting with attorneys for a witness this week, but the file I have is glitchy. Any chance you could take a look and see if there's anything we can do? Lit support previously converted it, but it's still not great.

Sure. When you say glitchy, do you mean it often pauses and is slow? If that's the case, the easiest thing to do will be to burn it locally. Once there it will play much more smoothly.

Ah, that's helpful. It opens and freezes, which sounds like what you're describing. I tried to burn it to my desktop, but got an error message. Any chance you could try burning it to a disc? Thanks.
