To The Hon Ronald Sackville AO QC Chair of the Royal Commission.

Another point that I would like to bring to the attention of the Royal Commission is a history of inappropriate behaviour which the series Trapped Inside (Part 1, 2, and 3): Bond University emphasises. Around 2008, I was a Professional Legal Training (PLT) student and Dr Christina Samios; (Her Work profile is available at: https://au.linkedin.com/in/christinasamios) to the best of my knowledge was an academic at Bond University Limited (Their web-site is available at: https://bond.edu.au/) and also practicing as a professional Dr in Psychology; at Bond University Limited. We were dating and she was a few years older than me. While, I reflect on the relationship at the time, I can see how Bond University Limited has had a culture of inappropriate conduct with professors / academics engaging in serious scholarly misconduct and serious sexual misconduct by engaging in relationships with students and others in a vulnerable position. These following Web-Links; provides strong supporting Evidence of what actually transpired at Bond University Limited between the 1970's to current date 2019 and with their National and International Associates: (I have successfully reported this recently to Law Enforcement Agencies in; Australia/The United States of America/ England and to other high profile Agencies) :

Additionally, during 2017, I was seated at Bond University Limited "Multimedia Learning Centre"; (Known as MLC) with a group of friends and , I recall an incident where Alan Finch; (His work web-site is available at: https://bond.edu.au/profile/alan-finch) walked past me and squeezed my very lower back which caused me a lot of physical pain and an act that I consider to be highly inappropriate and indecent. This was around the time, when I was withdrawn from the first Pitch at Palace Competition in 2017 without my knowledge. I believe that this was intentional to inflict pain and my friends who were present at the time witnessed this. I have informed the law enforcement agencies regarding this incident and lodged an informal complaint with (Alternative Reporting Options (ARO) with The Queensland Police Service; their relevant web-site is: https://www.police.q1d.gov.au/programs/adultassault/altReport0pt.htm) not a formal complaint as due to a diagnosed fear of heights known as acrophobia vertigo, I am unable to attend court to testify where necessary as I am unable to attend a courtroom other than one at ground level. I am currently denied access to Justice both in the: I) Criminal courts and 2) in the Civil courts and also in other types of Tribunals.

I believe that due to a culture of inappropriateness and serious scholarly misconduct and serious sexual misconduct, there are many others students and alumni who have had to deal with such behaviour and I would like for such people (IE Alan Finch) to be held immediately accountable and I am seeking support of the Royal Commission and from The Hon Ronald Sackville AO QC Chair of the Royal Commission; to hold Alan Finch: I) Civilly and 2) Criminally responsible and to help me please receive significant Financial Compensation and relevant Treatment and other Remedies; without involving me in the Court process; as I have a serious Diagnosed Disability . In my view the Justice system should treat people Equally and fair; even those who have serious Disabilities.
