I am sure you are crazy busy but I wanted to follow up on a few items. I am happy to have a call if that is easier but I will outline them below.

My die as contacted about meeting with authorities in New Mexico but they called her back an said she would instead be meeting with your team. She asked that I reach out to you to arrange that meeting. I would like to be present for that interview as well. Let me know what works for your group.

I have a new client who contacted the FBI hotline and was told that she would be called back to be interviewed but she has not heard anything back. She was sexually abused by Epstein a number of times and was also sexually abused by Ghislaine Maxwell with Epstein present. She lived in the apartments at 66th for a period of time. I believe she has valuable information that could assist in your investigation. She wants to cooperate with the government and is willing to sit for an interview.

I was also contacted by a relator in Palm Beach by the name of [Redacted]
[Redacted] She knew Epstein and many of his friends. She said that Charles Gerald Goldsmith (“Gerry”) was a
close acquaintance of her and she called him the “Palm Beach Fixer”. She said he went to visit Epstein in
the Palm Beach jail several times a week. She said she is uncertain if he will tell the truth about what he
witnessed but she provided the contact information that she has for him – cell [Redacted] and he also has
a NY address which is [Redacted] New York New York – [Redacted]

Following up on the below, no problem at all, and thanks for reaching out.

Regarding the new client, are you able to provide her name, so we can review what her status is in connection with her call to the hotline? And another couple pieces of information that would help us in terms of a possible interview — where she currently resides, and what her age was at the time she was interacting with Epstein and/or Maxwell?

Regarding the New Mexico authorities, my understanding is that a number of jurisdictions are deferring to the completion of our investigation, at least pending its completion. For s with other similarly-situated individuals, we have reviewed the records of when she was origma y interviewed and have reviewed her affidavit submitted in connection with civil litigation, but we would be happy to speak with you via attorney proffer to see if there is additional information that we should be aware of as well.

Finally, thank you for the information from the individual in Palm Beach-we will pass that along to the agents, along with the information.

On the first question, the client's name is I am not sure how much info she gave during the FBI hotline call but she did tell me th 415- 11111JURICtlsomeone would be calling her back and that did not happen yet. She was located in New York at the time of the abuse and lived for a period of time at Epstein's apartments on 66th. She was very poor and she said that Epstein assaulted/manipulated her in many ways and she was very fearful of him. She was initially recruited under the guise of a modeling opportunity as she had recently appeared in a figure skating advertisement. She was abused by Epstein multiple times. She was also physically abused by Maxwell against her will with Epstein present during the assault. Epstein also flew her to his home in Florida. He also directed her obtain a passport so she could travel with him to the USVI but she never went. She was approximately 22 at the time and she moved out of the 66th apartment in the summer of 2001 after the incident with Ghislaine Maxwell. She said she witnessed Prince Andrew on one occasion at the NY mansion but never formally met him. She also witnessed other people when Epstein directed her to attend dinner parties. Evidence wise she has a copy of her old passport that he had her get and she has an old letter on Jeffrey Epstein's letterhead that he sent to her at the apartment on 66th. She presently lives i1 She expressed that she is very fearful of Epstein.

I was also contacted by another woman, yesterday who has not yet called into the FBI hotline but I told her I would arrange a call if you believe the information is helpful to your investigation. She was recruited by a woman by the name of who was a fellow student of hers at the California. She was asked to meet with another female

but could not recall her name. She was told she would be flown to NY for an interview with a wealthy couple who were loo • traveling masseuse but they first wanted to receive her picture. The female then took a picture o nd she was thereafter contacted and provided with an airline ticket to NY. She recalls she was flown on Delta. She was picked up by a driver and then taken to an apartment building that she was told was owned by Epstein. She was then asked to go to Ghislaine Maxwell's home and give her a massage. She can describe Maxwell's home in great detail. She did so and at the end of the massage Ghislaine instructed her to "Give Jeffrey whatever he wants" which she thought was a strange comment. She was then instructed to go to Jeffrey Epstein's Manhattan mansion. She has many details about the whole experience that we can share in a more fulsome way during a call. Bottom line after Epstein asked her a lot of personal questions he then instructed her to give him a foot massage. Once she was done she was trying to walk out and he grabbed between her legs and touched her against her will and she said she froze in a panic. She then quickly left the house and went back to the apartment gathered her things and left to fly back to California. She said some assistant tried to follow up wit he didn't return the e-mails. She was going to see if she can pull the old e-mails from her account. resently lives in Ohio. She said it was around 2002 when she was flown to NY by Epstein and she was at the time and a student at the California Healing Arts College.

Regardin think you are confusing Both were exposed to Epstein and Maxwell who appeared in court during Epstein's bail hearing. She was 16 at the time Epstein first flew her to NY and he also flew her to the New Mexico ranch where she was required to engage in inappropriate conduct with Ghislaine Maxwell in Epstein's presences when she was 16. who was working as Epstein's door person in NY and she was then sent to Wexner's home in Ohio in the summer to work on various art projects submitted an affidavit in the Dershowitz matter explaining how she was assaulted by Epstein and Maxwell while she was working in Ohio. I do not believe anyone has interviewed formally. She is a very articulate and she wants to be helpful if it would benefit the investigation. Please let me know if you want to meet with

Regarding awe had previously gotten her name, contact info, and background information from another attorney—Stan, I believe—who said we should reach out to her directly. That was a day or two ago, so I'm not sure if an agent has yet been able to reach her, but we didn't know she also had been in touch with you. Do you mind if an agent contacts her directly, or do you prefer that any communication goes through you in the first instance?

Regardin let me check to see if we currently have any information on her and circle back with you. And same question for her — do you know where she currently resides? (That's helpful for us to know about victims and witnesses generally so we can consider travel planning to the extent necessary.)
