So far, no news. The document that provided does not appear to be a business record – it was not a record that was prepared on a regular basis and doesn’t know who prepared it.
I have not been able to locate anyone who recalls working at Mar a Lago in 2000.

I have been speaking with Compliance Counsel for the Trump Organization who informs me that Mar a Lago does not have in house counsel. She has advised me that there are a number of different attorneys within the Trump Organization who are responsible for Mar a Lago. She asked that you let me know what information you are looking for and she will either give me that information or make sure that it is forwarded to the appropriate attorney.

I spoke with Mar a La o's com liance counsel, Jill Martin, who said that the Director of Human Resources prior to 2007 (before ) is no longer with Mar a Lago. She said that she will provide me with the name of that individual. I'm waiting to hear back.

I will let Ms. Martin know that you have another record for which you need a custodian and see how she wants to handle that.

Thanks, Pat. When you talk to Jill Martin, you might remind her (in case it's not front of mind) that the subpoena is really to Mar-a-Lago for someone to appear on November 29 with employment records relating to — even if that's not with the record we received from her.

We have the names and contact information for the HR Directors prior to Can you issue a trial subpoena to Mar a Lago requesting this information, and we can provide it to you.

Although , she may be the most appropriate custodian of records for the documents that you sent. Do you have time for a call today to discuss?

Hi Pat,

Thanks a lot. Subpoena attached to Mar-a-Lago, which incorporates the earlier one, includes the request for HR Directors' contact information, and specifies that the subpoena calls for an appearance.

I’m around at until 5:30 or after 7:30 to talk today.
