BOP After Action

I was notified that the BOP will conduct an after action investigation into the facility security surrounding the Epstein incident. It is my understanding that historically these investigations have been done without conducting any interviews. A similar investigation occurred after the Whitey Bulger incident, again, it is my understanding that the BOP investigation did not interfere with OIG or FBI investigation into that matter.
