It's a little hard to tell because according to the team, while there has been reporting about his plan to bring the lawsuit, we're not aware of anything having actually been filed. This lawyer is also a little suspect — his website claims he's filed more lawsuits against Epstein than any other NY lawyer, and yet our team has never engaged with him, he's never reached out, and we're not aware of any specific victim he represents.
