I am authorized by Mr Honig and Mrs Wasserman to offer a total of $150,000 to resolve this matter with prejudice against them.
In addition, we are prepared to drop our motion for sanctions, reducing your costs, inconvenience and risks.
If you act quickly, we are also prepared to drop the pending deposition as well.
We also believe that if your case against Abby Leigh goes forward, Mr Honig may be able to provide valuable testimony.
