As we discussed, I've copied the victim witness coordinator for our office. I've spoken with who is up to speed on the plan for your clients to travel to New York to meet with us on July 31st, and she has kindly agreed to assist with travel arrangements.

I will be around most of the day until 5:30PM.
As far as the hotel I am going to put them in the We have a contract with them to give us Government rate. I know Gloria does not pay Government rate and I have to stay within the guidelines.
As far as flights every State has a Government carrier. I have to use the Government carrier. he Government carrier is American. So if she needs to be here on 7/31 she can leave anytime on 7/30 and I will get her out on 7/31 in the evening. They should come in and leave as soon as they are done.

Per diem is paid to them after they return. They will do the paperwork in the office. The per diem is $76 for two days and they will get a witness fee of $40 per day. If they take Uber or a cab to the airport they should keep a receipt and they will be reimbursed. A car service will pick them up at the airport and will take them directly to the hotel. Upon arriving they will check in and call you.

In terms of hotel, is there a place you tend to book people? I can also see if we can help you get a good rate (depending on your budget) at the Lotte NY Palace where Gloria stays regularly. We are hoping that your office will arrange for two nights of hotel for each of them, please. It's a long flight and I know that the process is often somewhat difficult and unnerving for our clients so this would be greatly appreciated to help them be rested and to help recoup after the interviews.
Will there be a per diem that I can advise them of, please? Also, how do you handle ground transportation roundtrip in the originating city, as well as in NY, please?

She prefers aisle seat, and especially most important is more leg room and would prefer sitting in the exit row.

Just spoke to Her friend hasn't yet gotten back to her, but said that the hotel is not too far [ ] [ ] from where she will stay Monday night.
So we can leave the destination for the car service as arranged taking her to her hotel — pick up at the airport on Monday and drop off at the 50 Bowery. She'll deal with it from there.
Also, I just noticed that the hotel for her is set for Tuesday through Friday, but should be Tuesday through Thursday, please. If it's possible for her to get a late check out on Thursday, that would be great she said — less stress for her, and she's very grateful if at all possible.

I was waiting to send you drop off address for Monday, but she hasn't yet sent it to me despite several requests.

As I just did itineraries for the two witnesses, just a summary of what I see needs to be completed on Monday/or next week, and double checking a couple of details.
You have already set a car service for [x] and for [y] from JFK to the hotel.
You will please set up a car for on Wednesday to and from the interview. I have it at 1pm at the [ ] Lotte New York Palace (where Gloria is staying) at 455 Madison Avenue at 50th. Gloria will arrange a private space to meet in.
You will please set up a car foun Thursday to and from the interview. I have it at noon at the Lotte New York Palace, as above.
You will please set up a car for each for them to return to the airport.
Please let me know what time I should relay pick up will be for each of these trips.
