the rythm of the windows has to be started from the inside... there are not five windows togther,, they are seperated by bookcases.. the sitting room and class room should not be double height,,, but I love the idea of a high baclony that you can walk out on.. we need a 3-d modell asap

I spoke with Madame Experton regarding her e-mails/faxes. Experton filled me in regarding the proposed elevator installation by NOFA just under JEEs apartment. She said that at he last meeting she objected to the elevator being discussed because it had not been on the agenda. She had also indicated that she believed JEE would object to such elevator installation becaus eof the noise level, etc. Since then, NOFA has changed their plan and have opted to go with a hydaulic system that woulkd be quieter and all machinery would be located on teh bottom of the elevator. Experton believes that if JEE objects to this there will still be a majority that will not oppose the installation. She recommends getting an expert to go through the proposal and a noise expert - paid for by JEE.so that there is legitimate reason to object. Additionally, before NOFA starts the work they are having a bailiff come to look at JEE apartment. Experton believes this is favorable but believes it is to JEEs advantage to have a bailiff come on his behalf as well - at his expense to make a contradictory report.

On another note: Regarding the leak from NAsiff's apartment. The water has not cause dany problems since the apartment has been vacated.SHe believes the water conditions will happen again once someone moves in. SHe suggests fixing that. She is sending a detailed e-mail to that effect, I believe, this evening.

He makes a point. But then again, at this point do we still have anonymity in the ownership of Ranch Lake IV? Doesn't everyone know by this time that LHW is the ultimate owner? Is there anything wrong with telling the Govt that Ranch Lake IV is owned by Barretta which is owned by Wexner Personal Holdings Corp., which is owned by LHW?

Gideon's view is why give them the info if the money that will be received is $14,000. At this point, however, Gideon has already told the Govt that Baretta is the managing member of Ranch Lake IV and that WPHC is the Managing Member of Barretta.

As we discussed the forest service agencies that will be reimbursing all ditch owners for the ditch blow out last fall has been difficult to deal with and keep asking for more information on ownership We have explained that Ranch Lake 1V is record owner they then wanted history on Ranch Lake 1V we explained that Barretta LLC is its managing member with you as secretary that still wasn’t enough. I then explained Wexner Personal Holdings Corp is the managing member of Barretta they now want copies of those docs. At the end of the day we will get about 14 thousand dollars from them and I wonder if it’s worth all the brain damage and revealing all these documents to them for that amount of money Please advise thanks
