Here are some rules of thumb for pricing concrete placement and flatwork
on St. Thomas. For concrete figure $145 a cubic yard. Figure $3.75 a
square foot for placement a figure which includes edge forms, mesh, and
appropriate equipment, i.e. bull floats and screeds.
