There is a house on Sunset Island IV, looking over to Sunset III. View is limited, but has good access to open bay. Sits on a 100 x 200 lot. This house was built this year, very modern design, good taste... very cool house. It is not on the market yet, but I will be previewing it on Monday and will be able to give you more details then.
There is something on Indian Creek Island (the most private of all the islands). 40 Indian Creek on 60,000 sq. foot lot, does not have wide bay view.
