I am having a fun time trying to get back and forth
to St. Thomas right now. So I have had to postpone
my dive over at LSJ until Wednesday. When I called
Jeffery to let him know, he said that he had the
contractors out there yesterday, and that they like
my landing site at the far end of the beach much
better because of the deeper water and felt that
they could easily bring a spud barge in there as a
temporary dock and that they could put a temporary
road up the hillside. F&W and the COE also thought
the deeper water was better.

Now the question comes how to we go about permitting
this. We are talking temporary, and using a spud
barge for the bridge between the barges and shore
which would be removed once it was no longer needed
and it could also be moved out in case of storms as
well.

If we go with this route, I would only install
bollards on the shore for the existing ramp and
forego any in water piles.

I will give you both a call in the morning so we can
develop a game plan to move forward.

on a different topic.. tonight I was asked to sign a
wire transfer form... blank from first bank.... I want
you to find out who sugessted, I sign this,,, tell
rich ... and I want to know why? I never signed one
before... and the fact tht it was presented with a
blank amount .. makes terrible precedent--It
accompanied two signed by me authorizations for
