I met with John Standish this morning on St. John. The first thing that John wanted to share that he was not aware of Andy Smith being so agreesive and trying to talk with us without John. At the meeting that John S. had with Andy last Sat. was for Andy to help John get mobilized and get materials to the Island, not take over. After my messages to John, he and Andy severed any ties on this project. John wants very much to do this project and show us that he can do 2 projects at once and give us a good job. I agreed with him that he should do the project and he had my support. I gave him until Weds. A.M. to get his house in order and get the same foreman that was here a week ago today on site and getting his crew to work on the footings.

My gut feeling is that he will do a good job for us and work in a timely manner.
