I promised to send Jeffrey a stream of books that he would probably like to read.

This raises some question about how to send them.

Jeffrey believed that they'd need to be shipped directly from a respectable book dealer.

(Not from a private individual.)

Method 1:

I can simply order books from Amazon, giving them Jeffrey’s address to ship them to.

Then most books would come directly from Amazon—but some of them would come

from other bookstores that process the transaction through Amazon. In any case, all the

books would arrive in respectable-looking brown cardboard cartons.

Method 2:

I could send you the titles, etc., in the form of a picture of an Amazon order.

But I think Method 1 is by far the simplest one, if you think it will actually work.

In any case, we need to know the best way to get them to him.

My plan is for all the books to have technical titles.

Mainly about science, math, economic theories, philosophy, etc.

I’ll avoid book titles that might raise questions.

The flow should average a book every 1 or 2 days. They’ll probably cost around $300/month

— which I can absorb, in view of JE’s previous generosity.
