I am pleased to tell you that I have been given formal notification by ACOE that they have discontinued their enforcement proceedings and are prepared to accept a properly documented after the fact application for the items which we wish to have approved. Our meeting has been moved to Thursday at 10 where I am to present the details formally  arrive at a plan to move the application ahead as fast as possible to approval.
