Dear Jeffrey,
I hope you are doing well. I called the Island on Saturday to know about the hurricane and I was told that you were at the Ranch. In the meantime, I have posted in the Website the Security House, the new Blue House, the Master Plan and he Guest Pool Compound. Before posting these were revised by Doug. I am still working with Gensler on the Theatre, as soon as we finish I will make the change on the site.
At this point I need a pool company, so they can start working NOW on the two pools specifications, mainly sizes and location of equipment. I will check with Doug about this.
I am sending you a couple of images for the Main , the Guest Pool (surrounded with arches), the Tennis and atelier, and some small terraces around the house. I will keep sending images.
On another subject I have a few mails from your french lawyer who wants us to deal with your building and the construction bellow, of course I have no problem but I would need some sort of authorization. For the “petit penthouse” I have a bid of 20.000 euros for demolition, changing pluming , relocation of kitchenette and bathroom, replacing windos and patching the walls. I think is O.K. Is not included the finishes,(bathroom appliances, glass walls, tile floor, kitchen cabinets, etc,) but leaves the studio clean and ready for this second stage. Shall I proceed? Thanks, J.P.
