Gentlemen:
I just had a very positive call from Michael David.
He is
feeling better and has now had a chance to review
his attorney's notes
on our redrafted agreement. He tells me that there
are absolutely no
open "deal points", only a variety of logistical and
"lawyer points"
that he thinks we will be able to work through
relatively easily (as an
example, they want to make sure they don't need to
exercise their
production options around the world in order to
preserve our casino
exclusivity in the various territories outside the
US and Canada).
Michael is meeting with his lawyer (Nan Bases)
tomorrow
afternoon to whittle down the list and decide upon
their positions on
these few final points. He will then have Nan call
me to finish this
up, hopefully to be signed this week. I will keep
you posted.
