called to advise me that Mort
would be speaking to you about severance for Maer.
Larry recommends 6
months, which is down from Maer's original demand
for 18 months. I asked Larry to
provide me with a copy of Maer's employment
agreement which I forwarded to
you yesterday. I also asked Larry to consider
offsetting costs associated
with Carver Cross Securities cases and fraud
damages. Larry said that he would
put together time and cost allocations relating to
these issues.

speak to you about them
tomorrow.
