Jeffrey,
Stuart Diamond owner of Four Star told Nicolas on Friday that he signed a 4 year lease with Port Authority for his hanger. Nicolas and I negotiated a lower price to store the Bell 407 at Four Star's hanger, for $1,100 per month (on a month to month basis) this includes half of the office space inside the hanger for our use, I would like to make the change July 1st. Currently St.Thomas jet center is charging us $2,200.00 per month.
We also have the option to store the S76 also if you decide to bring it to LSJ.
I would like your approval in case we are still in pursuit of acquiring the lease.
Emad should have hanger pricing on Monday for a 90' X 60' hanger that can fit in front of current office at Executjet, I will fax you hanger drawing. We may have room to extend to 120 feet in length to edge of Fire dept. building.
is this approved?
