need to refine the initial pitch.. 1. the team consists of professionals with over 250 years of criminal experience. we have also consulted with outside ethics experts,former gov't officials , the unanimous consensus is they haven't seen anything like this before.. .2 The federal gov't , engaged in an extortion , to force the defendant himself to go the state , after the state had enpoaned a grand jury , and returned a indictment, and demand that he be charged with a crime greater than the state adn grand jury thought appropriate. . this also included a sentence greater than the state wanted. They compounded the outrageous behavior by then demanding that he pay a list of people , unnamed to date, a minimum amount of money , 150 thousand each. no matter what their actual damages, in exchange for the gov't not prosecuting him for crimes, that they could only make most tenuous connection to. They then suggested using one of their friends as a
continengcy lawyer to sue the defendatn and asked the defandeant to py his fees. They threatened to use a sex tourism statute , and apply it to a man going home to Florida, a state where he has had a home for twenty years. they also threatened , to bring a case based on the Internet luring statute, that would have to be tortured beyond all recognition to apply. They demanded a jail sentence for someone , who had no criminal history,, no violence , drugs, no position of authority, then when they found that position wanting they threatened to bring a money crime based on a illegal money transmitting business, even though no such businesss actually existed.. After subpoenaing his tax returns , and medical records, they then suggested a money laundering investigation, where there was no specified unlawful activity.
