Water Point

Attached is a slide show of the exterior of the big water point house and a few shots of the interior of the main living room/dining room area.  The beach scenes in the slide show and maybe what you were thinking of is the common beach for all water point residents.  It is not owned by any one water point owner.

 

All bedrooms are under one roof.

 

It's in water point. Fully furnished; nothing needs to be done.  It's just too expensive.  Square footage is 5500 under roof in main home (does not include over garage apartment for live in help).  1200 square feet of patio.  Waterfront property.  Ownership of a buoy to which the owner attaches an included trampoline.  Includes Gym space, office space and media room.  Like I said, extravagant. 

 

For kicks, two weeks ago, I asked the broker to see if the owner would take 5 MM.  Owner .would not and would not make a counter claiming that we were simply too far apart.  According to the broker, the owner would not rent the place out either.

 

I'll find out from broker what the house cost the owner, if the broker can get that info.
