services and those of
consultants he retained for the period January 1
through October 31 mostly in
connection with the ACOE response, but also on
various other questions posed to
Bill from time to time during that period. The
total amount billed is
$16,299.37 which covers the following:

$9,312.50 for 74.5 hours
of work at $125/hr
David Grigg (McComb's assistant) $6,225
for 62.25 hours of
work at $100/hr

less Retainer
($5,000)

Total Requested to be Paid to McComb $11,299.37

Although time descriptions by McComb and Grigg are
somewhat vague and time
accounting seems a little loose (e.g., a number of
entries for exactly 1 hour,
which is unlikely), overall bills for the work put
in do not seem
unreasonable.

Jeffrey, do I have your permission to send McComb
$11,299.37?
