Hello Catherine,
- Elevator - The interior of the elevator has been completely stripped of 15 years paint. The floor covering in the interior of the elevator has been removed. The exterior metal framing and door on the second floor have been stripped of 15 years paint. The back portion of the interior of the elevator has been sprayed with the first coating of an automotive based paint and is currently drying. Rusted and or dented portions of the exterior 2nd floor metal frame have been faired smooth with bondo and sanded. The exterior metal framing and door on the second floor have been sprayed with the first coating of an automotive based paint and currently drying. The third floor exterior metal framing and door have been faired with bondo, sanded smooth and the first coating of paint has been applied and is drying. The finished product for the walls of the elevator, exterior doors and metal framing will be a high gloss automotive finish. Stainless steel
paneling is being cut to cover the fiberboard panels at the front of the elevator. The floor covering will be replaced with a paver brick consistent with the exterior of the property. The pavers will be less subject to cracking or chipping under the load of dollies and hand trucks. We anticipate completion of the project by the end of this week.
- Security fencing - We have been in contact with the CZM this morning (3/25). They are currently working on our proposal and we expect a response from them today. Once CZM approval is received, we will immediately remit a deposit to begin work on the fencing.
Please let me know if you have additional questions.
Thanks,
Chris

With the ops meeting tomorrow, would you please let us know the status of the security upgrades, as well as the elevator and any other items that might be pertinent first thing in the morning? I am sure we will be asked.
