Met with David Anders and his two associates. I generally told him of converstions between Jeffrey and Spector. I think he understood that those conversations not only separate us from the other lawsuits but are somewhat problematic for Spector's efforts in the suits he is named to claim he had nothing to do with the funds  
He wanted more specifics. I told him I would certainly provide that but was not interested in providing free discovery with no benefit. I told him he now has enough info about our claim for him to speak with Spector and see if he is interested in having serious settlement talks before we file. He said he would speak with Spector and report back.
As for Condren, I left a message last night that I was losing patience. His assistant called this morning, said he is due back today and will be calling my cell around 2pm.
