I have been trying to be extra cautious in not
involving myself in the mighty mouse "he said ,she said"( the
cartoon character that was always self touted as the

I know he has done an excellent job of cutting expenses, and reorganizing your point of sale info system,, THis is a job he does well, simply administrate a process oriented task.. as chief administrator , not however is he competent with anyt task outside this arena. I am conflicted in
whether or not I should make you aware of the some of
the real history ;, MM thought he was passed over for dean of
the business school.nonsense!.. acording to Larry ,
who refers to him derivesly as a "muppet" , the idea was self
generated and delusional.. as neil rudinstine the then

true lack of "People skills "which I have heard
amazingly touted as superb , , I am not sure you want
to be reminded that he had not seen through , Jerry
GLazebrook. an obviously disturbed character that
eventually got to the point of threatening the family,,HArry could have
seen the obvious personality disorder, . I feel it
unnecessary to point out that , it is my best
recollection that Jerry did not report to anyone but
mm. who while auditing your compensation for every
penny spent,at the same time approved 100's of thousand of dollars of
bogus invioces .I am concious of your affection for and commitment to mm
,and am undecided if i should re- call to your
attention the fact that He believedand partnered whole heartedly with
Fred at the Hospital, in the face of what was clearly the majority view, and was unable to see through
fred's obvious bullshit,,In negotiations actually
taking Fred's side..vs.both me and Marshall ,However as I understand it, It

beleives that he would act in your best interest if
push came to shove..,,,THe triteness of the situation
can be illustarted by the fact that it is difficult
but necessary for bruce ( who prefers paranoically not even to talk on his phone in his own office} to have to consistantly leave
the room as the only alternative he feels is left open to him so
he doesn't have to listen one more time to how "
