Currently, the cambridge lease extension agreement
provides for an extension
until July 31, 2007, with the right to further
extend until December 31,
2007 by giving notice of extension by no later than
June 15, 2007. Your request
to extend for one year.....is that one year from
July 31, 2007? from
December 31, 2007? or from the end of this month?

In other words, do you want the apartment through
May 31, 2008? through
July 31, 2008? or through December 31, 2008?
Please advise.

At your request, I have previously delivered to GVD
for safekeeping durable
powers signed by you in favor of each of GM and DKI.
