Standish says he will meet with Bill and me at 2:30
tomorrow. Newman is sending me more info this afternoon. I will be exchanging
documents and notes with him on Monday and I will copy you in on that process
before it is consummated. It appears that we can use most of what is on the
island already, including the container. He will have a crew start work on
Tuesday morning. Monday is a holiday. All we will have lost in time is
yesterday and today in making this transition. Again, we will use the
Nash contract for t&M work with a GMP. The deal will be detailed out to you
in the contract documents which we are working on and which will be passed by
you first. Unless something unusual happens in the interim I will be in the
office on Monday even though it is a holiday.

Darren,
Are you comfortable with this?
I am not!
I do not appreciate being placed in this situation where we do not
have the documentation protecting the client in place and being asked to approve
work commencing.
We have waited months to get this started waiting a few more days
dose not seem unreasonable.
John says my call but I will defer to you if you believe it
important enough to wave the proper documentation.
Charles

Newman will be on site tomorrow. No we do not have a contract
yet, but we do have rates. Do you want us to stop him from mobilizing? We know
the scope, we know what the GMP is. The schedule is being prepared. Our choice
is to act quickly, get to work or wait out an approval process. My vote is to
act now. Your call. Please let me know as soon as possible so that I can tell
Dan and he can let JE know.

On Thursday the 14 th I acknowledged your Email and added a
request for schedule.
On the 15 th you communicated Newman was starting on Tuesday the
19 th.
I resent my Email because you gave the impression Newman was
starting on the 19 th prior to an opportunity to review and approve budget,
scope or schedule.
Glad to hear some good news that we may have the ability
to batch concrete of required compressive strength.
