Juan Pablo Molyneux’s lawyer, Maître Degroux, has indicated to me that he submitted your ISF tax statements on last year at the request of Mrs. Experton, your lawyer in Belgium.
He would like to know whether you see any inconvenience in his acting as Juan Pablo Molyneux’s lawyer in the Guermantes transaction. I do not see any real conflict of interest for him, but I would appreciate that you confirm the same.
