I think the only way to move forward is for your firm to   provide what was  clearly agreed to in the contract of feb 14 2006. Specifically an all in  budget for the office and schedule, ,  A target project budget( broken out by phases and buildings)  and schedules as deliniated in 1 e of the contract., this should include, but not be limited to  barging , and transportiation of workers,Please assume lsj is responsible for absolutely nothing, (i.e. insurance , transport,etc)  site lighting, infrastrucure enhancements, all consultants required , permitting requirements,   Think of it as a general contractor with a fixed bid. ( understand that you will be conservative, but that can be handled with a flex factor of 10- 15%, i.e. best guess of actuals plus a specific amount of contingencies. A rough turnkey price for the office pool building, library complex main house roads, etc. The list of drop dead dates, as the contract specifies, to enable us to measure realistic progress  and anticipate problems, A thorough list of capital equiptment needed, the logistics plan for staging and storage, worker transport  and concrete delivery methods. A list of consultants you think necessary.. please include all general conditions and there cash flow requirements, staff housing transport etc, , also a list of work that you would anticipate self performing.including equiptment provided .( ie.e are we using your cranes and if so at what rate.). the roads, asphalt conduit for lighting telephone and water, ... I would appreciate you giving me a realistic sense of  when I can expect this, and will, after review,  either come to Maine to meet you and your team , or set up a meeting in new york or st, thomas.

I gave john  a ride to New York with  the intention of reviewing the documents you left.. Frankly I became very disturbed over how many inaccuracies, and omisions, were contained in the report. AS I know you wanted to secure a finalized contract,I am amazed that this was the level of work on which you were relying in order to provide me with the confidence that had been lacking.I had   thought  that after all our discussions that at least this time the numbers and schedule for the offfice would be somewhat within the bounds of accurate.Johm amerlin was unable to reconcile so many items that I asked how this was possible.. I told him in no uncertain terms that my entire staff had lost confidence in the ability of your firm to provide what I had clearly contracted for. A project of my scale  with no capital equiptment numbers at this time, no barging , transportation , or  various consultants missing,.  He had no answers except for the statement that he had decided he was unable to continue to work on the project. , and had decided to leave your firm.I like john , and immediately proposed a relationsip with him..
