Good evening,
I hope this email finds you all well.
Following up with the phone call from Helen received on
Monday requesting a revised completion date for Nadia’s apartment 11E, I wanted
to inform you that I am currently unable to provide a solid date of completion.
The project development is being delayed by the contractor provided by Anthony
Barrett. For the last few months I have repeatedly requested millwork finish
samples as well as installation dates to no avail. I believe Anthony is looking
into rushing his GC to deliver, but I am unsure as to the details. Millwork
constitutes 85% of the scope of work in the apartment and we cannot proceed
without having finish control samples submitted.
The furniture is in production, and has been for some weeks.
They request 12 to 13 weeks to complete these pieces. We will get a delivery
date from them by early next week.
The last item missing was the carpet and that is already in
transit from Europe so we could be installing it as early as next week. I will
set this up accordingly.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to
help or if you would like any more information on this matter.
