re: JP & Fancelli
For the past six weeks I have requested from JP Molyneux’s
office the following information:
a)
Pictures of Library and Pool Woodworking
b)
Detailed invoices explaining how Fancelli spent 800,000
and 88,000 Euro on Library and Pool woodworking
c)
Evidence of the wire transfers made to Fancelli evidencing
that JP Molyneux paid the full amount to Fancelli (1,050,000 for Library and 379,500
for Pool sent to him in December 20th 2006) immediately after
it was received as he stated to me when we met in your office around February
15th
The only item that I have received to date is
evidence of the wire transfers made from JP Molyneux to Fancelli. Listed
below are the amounts and dates that I have verified were in fact sent to
Fancelli.

My concern is that we have

The attached PDF file details the total amount paid for
JP Molyneux design fees (1,050,000), deposits for work to be performed (2,427,819),
fees paid to The Maguire Group (511,107) and miscellaneous office
and travel expenses (209,122).
