I received a call from JP Oriel (Minor Water) that
Algen Petersen (Minor Land) and he would be coming
out to LSJ tomorrow, Wednesday, about 10:03 to 11am.
He thinks that they will be coming out on the DPNR
boat.

They will be looking at the site for the new office
building, proposed swim dock, rip-rap removal, barge
landing area and the artificial reefs locations.

I am in the states and will not be able to be there.

JP had said that he wasn't sure if the artificial
reefs would be under a minor permit as all the other
applications for such have been as Major Permits.
