I'm trying to put tomorrow on a telcos together all main players inc. Elichai & his lawyer Darren,Nicole and Udi K. my IL lawyer.
I'll update you later tomorrow re results.
My accountant in IL will look tomorrow into the idea of our Joint NewCo. From my past experience he usually prefer to also have a US LLC in the chain of ownership. I'll let you know and probably will put him in contact with Darren.
Thx again for the wonderful weekend in the USVI. Your island was the pinnacle of it.
Two unrelated points: the author is Ian McCormick or something very similar.
Re the latitude: directly to the East you're well in the southern part of the Sahara. The winds and currents took Columbus quite a lot southwards.
