Please convey to JE that this is the text of the letter we intend to send to Kevin D'Amour:

Dear Mr. D'Amour,

                                We have not spoken in some time, but I know that you have continued to market this island for sale.  As you know, Island Global Yachting has a vested interest in the maintenance of private, yachting oriented destinations world-wide.   The anchorages of Great St. james are amongst the most beautiful in the USVI and IGY wants to find a way to preserve same for the pleasure of its clients.  As a result, we are prepared to offer to purchase the island for $8mm, all cash, and to close as soon as possible.  Our plan would be not to develop the island; to the contrary we would preserve its pristine state and undertake to establish it as a permenant boating and eco-tourism preserve.   We believe that this alone would have significant value to the IGY franchise and to our constituencies.  Thank you for your consideration.
