First of all, we think that the deal which has been negotiated by Juan Carlos Molyneux is excellent. The price appears to be fantastic, taking into account the quality of the property and the castle.

We suggest to speed up the process of the acquisition in order to render more difficult the preemption of Guermantes city or any other state bodies. We are going to send you a note summarizing our suggestions on the structure of acquisition which appears to us the most appropriate. In that respect, could you confirm to me that you are a US resident for tax treaties? The answer to that question is important to set up the best acquisition scheme.
