1) the entire 71st floor of the chrysler bldg. 4,164 sf @ $120 psf. not for a heavy density user though. space will max out w/4-5 offices/conf rooms + support. portion of the space has 18' ceilings.
2) part 11th floor @ 667 Madison. 5,765 rsf @ $150 psf. space built out beautifully and has 2 terraces. no real views to speak of (sliver of the park) but good light. in my opinion, the classiest bldg in manhattan for a smaller user.
3) the entire 18th floor @ 767 5th (GM). balance of the floor is mechanical. space has 18' ceilings. deal just died on it. maybe too big though @ 8,800 rsf ($120 a foot) but park views and a full floor at that size is a real find.
