             Last October 15, 2005, I co-singed

a lease to rent a

        On February 21, 2006 while on my way to

Brillo she called me on my cell and started
haranging me and to my shock

things, so before

son-in-law of the owner to
let him know of what Catalina, my co-renter did.

        This is now my problem:

              The owner thorugh his son Jeff

Sarmiento asked me to
pay my share of the rent, since he said Catalina
refused to sign the
addendum

        releasing me from the lease. I am now

renting an apartment
with another Filipina that I know for three years
starting March 1,2006,
I did this only when Jeff

        told me Catalina verbally told him that

she agreed to
release me fromthe contract. He said that Catalina
changed her tune and
now they are obligating me

        to  pay my share.  I told him it is hard

for me to pay two
rents but I do not want my credit destroyed so I
said yes to him.. I
even tried to secure a loan

        but realized later on that it is beyond

my budget and first
and foremost Catalina said yes to Jeff. Ms Maxwell
I may be naive on
this lease thing but Ijust want to

        do the right thing.

               Ms. Maxwell   I do need your

help. Do we have a work
lawyer that you can ask to write a letter of request
to the owner
relieving me of my responsibilty

        to the remaining rent of $590.00 per

month up to October
15,2006.

               Anticipating with gratitude for
