Some additional significant sales for Chiliad have just been reported to the
Board by Chiliad's CEO...[ I received this report in my email today, ]
The CEO reported on "this past week's highlights":
1) DHS [Dept. of Homeland Security] buys Chiliad license! $1.5M was transfered over to our AFRL [Automated First Registration and Licensing} vehicle on Friday
to purchase an initial PILOT license and implementation of Chiliad software.
Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) will utililize Chiliad has it's core infrastructure to search through the world's largest supply chain management system. Once complete, this system will also
be connected across to other agencies -including the FBI.
The deal involves licenses worth..$2M PER YEAR plus $360K PER Year in software maintenance for just the first 40 CPU's. Additional CPU's will be purchased at $20K per CPU per year plus 18% maintenance per year. ($1M of the initial funding pays for the first 6 months of license).
2) Pfizer in addition to the formal procurement of their first Chiliad licenses [worth $400,000] have expressed interest to start exploring further applicability of Chiliad for Compliance and marketing applications....This additional interest so soon after a first license purchase is very encouraging.
