think of living room.. not screening room.. no more than 10 beds,, too commercial lounge, island feel. bamboo. carribean colors, wooden furnture/ much smaller lounge. defintely no posters.. think sof the vestibule to your bedroom at home.. domestic , domestic.. with a giant screen

Doug,

Attached please find a draft of our proposed design for the screening room at Little St. James Island. This email contains a PDF of an 11x17 formatted booklet, with the design concept for the stand-alone building, and reference images for some Island Architecture. I will be sending a quick draft fly-through of the project in a separate email.

We still have not received any photographs of the island itself, or images of the existing and other new buildings, to use as a reference for our design. We spoke with Molyneux's office several times, and they did provide a site plan and some floor plans of the guest complex, which we are using, but no specific imagery.

Please view the sketches and fly-through, and send me any comments on the design. Also, please let us know the best way to present this to Mr. Epstein. Once we have your feedback (or any initial comments from Mr. Epstein), we will provide a final version of the design.
