From: Brice
Reference: Landscaping at Larry V House
Dear Mr. Epstein,
Based on your last visit to the Ranch and my
inspiring time at the Botanical
Gardens in Denver, CO I have attached a suggested
plan for landscaping of
the area around Larry’s house for your approval.

The selection of Austrian Pines and Pinions would
over time create a natural
screen between the road to the shooting range and
the house.
The plant material selected for the area between
the pines and grassed area
would be suited to a dry high land climate.
2/3’s of this work could be completed by Zorro
Ranch to minimize expenditure
i.e. placement of rocks, tree preparation,
irrigation, laying of gravel &
grass. Paved area and plant material would require
to be provided by others.
If this concept is acceptable, would like to obtain
firm estimates so as to
start work in the fall.
Warmest regards
Brice
