Jeff suggested I call. The state sex prosecutor looked at this for over a year,, She ,I promise no friend of Epstein's, said there were no real victims here.. The police chief was told this , refused to attend a meeting to hear the other side, and said he didn't care, if there was a legitimate case or not, he wanted to at least embarass Epstein. He did this in spades by releasing only one side of the story.. In fact the state, seperate from the police , thought that misdeamenors was the approprate resolution. Barrys relationship with Jack, had nothing to do with it...... You know I take my credibility seriosly, and I promise, I am fully familiar with both sides of the story, and can tell you categorically this is not a case that we would bring. Epstein's a good guy , who has gone through a massive investigation, I realize that the fbi has to come to it;s own conclusion, Maria, 's a little headstrong, but she would have to stretch any statute,way beyond anything recognizable, to be able to make this a federal case. WE want to be as cooperative as possible, to see if we can move this along and let this guy get on with his life.. .. FACTS . I can easily show you the police reports are boht inaccurate and misleading.. there was a great deal of work done by both the state and the defense, , , ANy wrongdoing , was not serious, no position of authority, no violence, no drugs, no intercourse, NO TArgeting of minors, , no internet,, these were all state issues, According to Lanna this was the detective's first sex case, and he doesn't get it.
