John,
As a backup to our conversation this A.M.. I recommend that we terminate our contract with Standish Building Co. on failure to produce as agreed. We had the issue with A. Smith and then John and I spent time meeting on St. John, getting redirected and with the promise that he would be on site mid week to start our project with a competent foreman and crew. He has failed to show or call. One of the ithings that I wanted to gain by our meeting was that Lafayette was doing all it could to honor our end of the deal. I trust that you will cover all of the legal bases and get Newman and Moll (if that is agreed upon with Charles and Darren) on board ASAP.
