I have revised the scope of work for EDSA. I had
difficulty figuring out
what they were going to do for the lump sum amount.
What we need them to do
is in the enclosed scope. I want to get Mr. Behling
and EDSA on the same
page with us using this document, but I do not want
to do so without having
your review since you did the initial work on the
contract.
