About what you are looking for,
I think I have a fairly good idea as to what you are looking for. My partner Ron is going to Prague next week. He will get the information on the place which will be created as well as the examples of the three top residential construction companies so that you will have the necessary information to envision what you can create. Just to verify, these are the specifications Ron will be looking for:
Located in Prague 1
· 4,000 square feet preferably with river view
· High Ceilings
· Private Terrace
· Air Conditioning
· 3 bedroom
· 3 bathroom
· Natural Light
Here are just a few questions that would help my partner Ron when he is in Prague:
1, Whether or not you have a preference as to live in the top of an apartment building or an upscale hotel?
2, What is your anticipated move in date or is that up to creating the right property?
3, What is your preferred interior style (Classical, modern, traditional, minimalism)? This will be in next phase, but it will be good to know for choosing the construction companies.
