molynewux screw-up-----again priveledged

Jeffrey. I received a very disturbing report today regarding the lack of competence of the molyneaux team.. After hundreds of thousands of dollars , and screw up after screw up. today they found that the latest library plans, a simple building of less than 3000 sq ft , the edge of the building from the plans given was fifteen feet in midair. You would think by now that it would take one of the molyneux group less than a half hour to measure the site. Even I who have no experience can see the yellow tape is at forty two feet and their plans call for 50 ft.. They have spent over a year on the project , and you would think by now they would have guessed that , it has to be done , on site.. According to bill rowles the plan is too big for the land,, the height is wrong, and in fact there is no room for sarah's walkway.. In other words,, there is virtually nothing right about it.. . Are you sure they have actually built a house as opposed to simply defcorating the inside,, These mistakes are the mistakes of an amatuer.. Sorry to give you the bad news, ..Darren
