2006 Maintenance Costs - $59,508.36

2005 Real Estate Taxes - $49,065.89

2005 Aggregate Con Edison Expense - $15,949.62

The payment that Anthony is requesting, then, is

or
$54,287.13

$70,236.75

Last year NES, LLC made the payment to 301/66
Owners Corp.

Does NES, LLC have your approval to pay $70,236.75
to 301/66 Owners Corp.?
