2 things:

1 - Can I ask that you sit on the Compensation
Committee... I think
it's important that every director sit on a
committee and
compensation seems like a good fit. What this means
practically is
maybe 2-3 more conference calls a year.

2 - Chrysalis would like to do that quick call with
you to complete
their due diligence. Do you have a few minutes today
or tomorrow?
