For your Urologist visit:
Actually your PSA was 0.54 not 0.39.
Prior results were:
0.64 in May 2006
0.5 in Jan 2004
Testosterone in 2008 (approx same as prior years) below normal with free 32.8 (nl>50), total 172 (nl> 260)
All other hormone tests normal: FSH, LH, IgF1, DHEA-S, Progesterone, Prolactin (Estradiol not done by lab this year: it, as well as SHBG and Pregnenolone were nl in 2006). PTH slightly high at 74.6 (nl< 65, calcium normal)
